Real life. Real sweat. Real snacks. Zero perfection.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet—equal parts fitness confessional, travel diary, food rave (and sometimes food rant), and the ongoing saga of trying to figure it all out.
If you’re looking for someone who “has it all together,” you’ve landed in the wrong place. If you’re looking for a real person who’s survived CrossFit WODs, Bikram yoga meltdowns, epic fails, bacon burger experiments, dance class disasters, detoxes (and re-toxes), and more cheat days than I care to count—well, pull up a chair.
What You’ll Find Here
This blog is a mixed bag—just like me. Some days, you’ll find musings on kettlebell training or learning to swim (spoiler: it’s never too late). Other days, I might be eating my way through Siargao, Osaka, Paris, or anywhere a decent chocolate chip cookie can be found. I cover the struggle (hello, excuses and setbacks), but also the little victories, the comebacks, the discoveries (hello, Serbian food in town!), and the new obsessions.
Not-So-Humble Beginnings
This started as a way to track workouts, try to eat better (and occasionally justify why I didn’t), and document my love-hate relationship with exercise, food, and all the “life stuff” in between. It turns out a lot of us are riding that same rollercoaster.

Topics Include (but are definitely not limited to)

Travel Insights
The world’s best (and worst) airports, surfing in Siargao, hiking in the mountains, festival hopping, and guides for the food-loving, fitness-minded, sometimes-lost traveler.

Food Exploration
From finding the best ice cream (and the inevitable sugar crashes) to paleo confessions, foodie finds, peanut butter experiments, and the occasional overindulgence.

Fitness & Health
CrossFit, kettlebells, yoga, running, barre, MMA, boxing, home workouts, epic fails, slow comebacks, and accidental rest days.

Life
The mental chains, injury woes, interviews with inspiring people, and the kind of unfiltered honesty you can only share with the internet.
The Truth
I am not a fitness guru. I’m not a chef, a trainer, or a motivational speaker. I’m just a regular person who’s failed, tried again, sometimes succeeded, and almost always found something good to eat along the way.
So, if you relate to not having it all together but showing up anyway—whether it’s at the gym, in the kitchen, or just in life—this space is for you.
Thanks for dropping by. Here’s to struggling, sweating, snacking, and starting over (again and again).
P.S. The only thing I’m addicted to is trying—sometimes it’s CrossFit, sometimes it’s cake. And I regret nothing.
