Had rain on the first day of our Camino and then only again today. It was cold and muddy, but still beautiful.

We got lost trying to find our albergue so we walked a little more than we should have.
Lost in the woods. All along, there were huge signs for Albergue Cruceiro de Pedrouzo, which also indicated the number of kilometers left to get there. You’d have thought they’d have more signs in O Pedrouzo itself. Instead there were these small arrows with different albergue names written on it that could be easily overlooked, and we suspect that the one for Albergue Cruceiro was moved to face another direction because we weren’t the only ones who got lost trying to find it.
It seems that, whether we’re walking 20 or 30 km., it will take us ten hours to get there.
But we are now with most everyone we started out with. Except for Alan and Raffy, who are still a day behind. And Mary, Bernie and Maddy, who are two days behind.

Game time: Ann (Australia) and Bruce (US) play chess, while Jamie (UK) and Lizzie (USA) play Battleship.

Dinner time!
Left photo: Stephen (in the yellow shirt) cooking our pasta.
Right photo: Most of the Koreans we met cooked their own food at night.
Bottom: The others ordered pizza.

After dinner, the games and the drinking continued, as it sank in that this was our last night on the road to Santiago.

This full rainbow appeared in the sky outside the balcony while we were having dinner. A sign from the heavens on our last night before Santiago.

No restaurant, but they have cooking facilities, and they’ll assist with pizza orders.
Would stay here again.
