A new day, a new month, a new start.
Part 1. Power cleans. 2 on every minute x 12 minutes. (My weight: 60 lbs.)
I swear I could clean 65 lbs. but, when the clock started ticking, I did one and then my right arm refused to cooperate. I got rid of two 2.5-pound plates and struggled with the first two reps, and then I found my groove. I did two extra cleans at the end, to make up for my shabby first round.
Part 2. 5 rounds for time, 12 minute cap.
