WOD was 12 rounds, later lowered to 9 rounds, in 25 minutes:

  • 1 minute push press – I used the 35-lb. bar and averaged 19 push presses in 9 rounds. (My total score was 173.)
  • 20 seconds rest
  • 10 (on each leg) jumping lunges
  • 20 seconds rest
  • 10 overhead squats – I used a 25-lb. plate.
  • 20 seconds rest

It’s not easy watching the clock and keeping time when you’re half brain-dead from oversleeping and are also supposed to be counting push presses. I got mixed up after a while and lost time doing jumping lunges when I was supposed to be doing push presses. (Like I really wanted to do those extra jumping lunges.) My legs were still sore from those hundred squat cleans yesterday and they made sure to register their complaint.

The clock ran out on me half way through the jumping lunges on the 9th round.

After the WOD, we did 75 sit-ups.
