- 100 burpees
- 75 kettlebell swings (24/16)
- 50 box jumps (18")
Coach Jordan partnered me off with Diane.
We alternately did 10 burpees each until we finished the required 100. And then we did 10 kettlbell swings each (- we didn’t do the Rx of 16 kilos; I only swung 12 kilos, while she swung 8). For our last set, I did seven swings, then she did eight since she had the lighter weight, for a total of 75 swings. For the box jumps, I did Rx and used the 18" box ,while Diane used the 9" box. We did two sets of 10 each and then finished off with five for a total of 50.
