Part 1. Straight press. Max weight, 1 rep. Only got up to 50 lbs.

Part 2. 5 rounds for time, 20 minute cap:

  • 20 band good mornings
  • 15 push jerk (My weight: 40 lbs.)
  • 10 box jumps (Rx for women: 18")
  • 5 burpees

I took my time with this. Finished at 14:30.
