Warm-up: 500 m. rows in 2:18 minutes. (My target is to do it in two minutes or less.)
Started off finding out the heaviest weight I could deadlift, which was 125 lbs., then had to deadlift 70% of that (85 lbs.) for today’s WOD. Here’s how I fared:
- 2-minute deadlifts: 25 reps
- 2-minute V-ups: 42 reps
- 2-minute lunges: 50 reps
