Rx for women was 95 lbs. I couldn’t even lift 60. I would have gone with 45 except that all the lighter bars were taken, and only the 45-lb. bar was left which meant I couldn’t put any plates on it so that I couldn’t do a clean properly.
Option was sumo deadlift high-pulls, but instead of doing 60 reps, I had to do 90.
I started out with the 24-kilo kettlebell (52.8 lbs.) and did 30 reps, then went down to 16 kilos. On hindsight, I should have stuck to the 24 kilos (35.2 kilos) even if it was killing me as everyone else was struggling with their barbells till the bitter end. Or I should have done 45-60 reps with it before pyramiding down. As it was, I finished too soon. 7:14 minutes.
To make up for it, I did more sumo deadlift highpulls with the 24-kilo kettlebell and more sit-ups.
