Legs are still stiff but it was my last chance to get a WOD in this week.
Thankluck there were no squats. WOD was 15 minutes, AMRAPs of:
3, 6, 9, 12, 15 and so on
I couldn’t remember my max. weight for deadlifts but went with 65 lbs., which was just about right as I just checked my log and it turns out that my max weight is 135 lbs.
Yep, am still doing band-assisted pull-ups although, now, I’m experimenting with different grips.
I finished 24 reps of both deadlifts and pull-ups and got up to 19 deadlifts on the next set. Not bad. Average on the board was 18 reps.
I stayed on and did a bit of ab work before walking out into the rain.
