Got this e-mail from RJ this afternoon: “You were chosen by Team 2 … to have 3 WOD bonuses negated. That’s equivalent to a -12. Sorry, guys. I have already taken it out of your week 5 [scores].”

It’s a good thing RJ also sent me some travel WODs. A lot of them had ridiculous reps (- where the hell do they pull out these numbers?) but one WOD was a piece of cake. Having walked (i.e. shopped) the whole day for my warm-up, I locked Alan out of the room and did this:
For time:
- 3 jump squats
- 10 sit-ups
- 3 jump squats
- 10 reverse crunches
- 3 jump squats
- 10 Supermans
- 3 jump squats
- 10 V-ups
- 3 jump squats
- 10 back bridges
- 3 jump squats
- 10 Russian twists
- 3 jump squats
I finished in 3:03 minutes. Eat that, you !
