Haha! Yeah, I just paid for unlimited sessions for a month. I must say, it is a great cardio workout and complements my strength training with kettlebells. And I am going to master that bloody jump rope even if it kills me.
Oh, plus Karen says good morning to me now (but still as a response to my own greeting) and the trainer last week (Miggy) was actually really nice and very helpful.
If my stamina and endurance improve in July, I may end up continuing with this.
