    • C1. One-hand swings – 10/10
    • C2. High-pulls – 10/10
    • C3. Cleans – 10/10
    • C4. Clean and press – 10/10
    • D. Hand-to-hand swings – 10 x 3 (16 kilos)

I think I’m still injured from when I tried doing haloes with heavy weights. My right shoulder is a bit off. Started out the main workout using 10 kilos but it was too difficult to sustain so I had to pyramid down to 8 kilos.

I wonder if anyone will ever manufacture gloves that will be able to withstand the thrashing of kettlebells. My hands are absolutely destroyed.

Krav Maga: Today, we did attacks. Mostly, we learned how to attack starting out with our backs to the target.

Then we did some light grappling. Since I was barefoot, they partnered me up with the only other person in the room who was barefoot, a 27-year old PR practitioner. She was too timid to stand a chance.
