Solving a Sudoku puzzle is a tricky thing. Just when I think I’ve gotten it and can move up from the hard puzzles to the expert ones, maybe I’ll be able to solve one or two expert puzzles and then I’ll lose that Sudoku mindset and won’t be able to solve another puzzle, even if I go back to the hard ones. Strange. Once you get into that Sudoku zone though…

Yup. I was awake for 19.5 hours.
Sleep: 5 AM to 7 AM. Bathroom break. Then again from 7-ish to 8:30 AM.
I did stay in bed till nine o’clock and was tempted to call Plana FORMA to cancel my session but – um… since I cheated massively on my diet last night (more on that later), I forced myself out of bed and made it to the 10:15 session with Van Manalo.
Plana FORMA’s small movements really take some getting used to, especially after the big, explosive movements of CrossFit. With CrossFit, I’d feel the muscle pain AFTER a workout. With Plana FORMA, it’s during the class and it can be quite excruciating and extremely difficult to work through. But I’ll have almost no residual muscle pain afterwards.
Shit. Now I have to try to solve that Sudoku puzzle I just posted.
