Quickie Workout of the Day Part 1

Couldn’t swim today so I’m in the process of doing this:

I’m currently on my third and last set.

I thought it would be a piece of cake, considering that Nicolas only has six and 15-pound dumbbells. But I’m out of breath and definitely struggling. I’m using the six-pound dumbbells for everything except for the back rows. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO LIFT 15 LBS??? That’s pounds, not kilos!

Will see if I can pyramid up for the last set…

Nope. I only managed to do the first eight bicep curls. And finished but massively cheated on the shoulder presses.

Good god. I’m so out of shape.
