And just like that, my Typepad isn’t working again. The internet giveth and the internet taketh away.

  • Monday: running (4 km., 30:00), swimming
  • Tuesday: biking (8.1 km., approx. 46 minutes), swimming
  • Wednesday: running (4 km., 31:13), swimming
  • Thursday: swimming
  • Friday: rest day (i.e., hungover)
  • Saturday: running (4 km., 31:23), swimming
  • Sunday: biking (10.3 km., 52:20), swimming

Two years ago, I never would have thought I’d be running, swimming, or biking. Even Nicolas is surprised. There may be hope for me yet.
