For those of you looking for a good TRX workout in Alabang, my former instructor, Reema Chanco, now has classes there. Sharing this email I got from her last week:

_Hi Gai!

I will teach TRX Suspension Group Class in Academy One Studio, Alabang Hills starting April. Regular schedule of classes for now is Saturdays 8-9am and 9-10am. Only 6 slots per class. The monthly package rate is P2000 (P500/class) if paid in advance through deposit. Walk in rate is P750. Special classes can be arranged and schedule is determined by the availability of the studio._
