
My friend, Juju, sent me that. I’m not sure how one can keep calm by doing CrossFit though. Just entering the gym today and finding three coaches (Ferdie, RJ and AA) flat out on their back after a WOD almost had me backing out the door.
WOD today was add-on AMRAPs in 20 minutes:
Which meant that we had to start off with three reps of each, then four, then five, etc. until time. Rx for men was 95 lbs. and, for women, 65 lbs. I only did 45 lbs. I did ten rounds, for a total of… … 52 reps per exercise.
My heart rate was anything but calm after that.
