Strength: Back squat. (My weight: 85 lbs.)

WOD – AMRAPS, 10 minute cap:
- 15 power snatches
- 30 double unders
And here I thought it was x 3 if we couldn’t do double unders. It’s x 5. Yes, that’s 150 singles. It isn’t so bad when broken down into three batches of 50, then broken down further into five sets of ten. One foot in front of the other. Sometimes, it’s the only way to survive.
I got up to 12 of the 15 power snatches on my third round. I only used the 35-lb. bar.
