WOD was “Santiago”. 20 minutes of:

Did you see those crazy Rx-es? (The numbers “75/55” means 75 lbs. for men and 55 lbs. for women.) I only did the 35-lb. bar for the hang squat cleans and a 45-lb. barbell for the power cleans.

The only one crazy enough to do Rx was this guy, Pao, so Karen didn’t put a time cap on his WOD. If you think about it, he should have had the time cap while us Sad Sacks should have been required to finish the WOD. But I’m not complaining. Otherwise I’d still be there, close to collapse. Notice how nobody completed five rounds and how the 10 AM class didn’t even bother to register their scores?

Yes, cold and cough are still present. I’m trying to dry out the skinned thumb as fast as possible by dousing it in agua oxigenada (hydrogen peroxide). The wound is bigger than I thought as I just discovered a flap of skin covering part of it. Ugh. Gross.

The weekend is looking pretty hectic. I hope to squeeze in, at least, one WOD in the next two days but… I wouldn’t really count on it. 😉
