Rosan’s scores for Month 1:

Total: 183/200 so, yes, she owes me a bottle of Ketel One. I’ll let her off on the Patron XO for now.
Rosan lost points mostly because of alcohol consumption. (We are friends after all.) Plus she had trips to Taiwan and Hong Kong and three words would wholly justify her deviation from Paleo: xiao long bao.

The weird thing is that Rosan hasn’t lost any weight. Like her, the subtractions from my scores were mostly alcohol-related, but I did drop down from 55 kilos to 49 kilos. Rosan started off at 54 and continues to hover somewhere in the vicinity. Which doesn’t make sense if she’s been doing a strict Paleo diet. (Alcohol is water to us so, yes, I consider her to be on strict Paleo.)
She’s also been working out more now that she is in training for a marathon in Rome next year. So she’s doing CrossFit and TRX and she’s also running. That’s a lot. (You see why I had to stipulate mandatory rest days for her. I also had to lessen the number of required WODs due to her other activities.)
So either she is gaining muscle mass or she isn’t eating enough. Because I was eating quite a lot, even on Paleo. Will need to get her to submit daily reports again so that I know what she’s eating.
She does say that her skirts fit better, her energy levels are high and that she’s running well, even without carbohydrates. Unlike me, she hasn’t gotten sick, well, because she hasn’t been cheating.
I think she looks great though. This is her today at CrossFit, doing a band-assisted handstand push-up:
