Warm-up:

I didn’t do the jump ropes though. I did a 250 m. row instead.

WOD was:

I used the 25-lb. bar to do the snatch balance, both for the strength exercise (A) and the metabolic conditioning exercise (B) that followed.

My fastest time for exercise B was 37 seconds. My slowest time was 43 seconds.
