I woke up this morning and reached for my phone to check the time, and there it was. Muscle pain. In my biceps.
I’d been anticipating this the whole night.
I checked elsewhere.
There’s a vague one on the right oblique (from stablizing myself while carrying a plate in my left hand) and then some, running down my back from twisting. Not much but there’s something.
I love it.
I missed it.

The pain that is not welcome is the one from the skinned thumb. Disinfecting it is a bitch. It makes me scream and want to knock everything around. I plan to wrap it up well and wear a glove and, hopefully, I’ll be able to do the WOD later.
