- 8 kettlebell swings (- I only used 12 kilos.)
This was easy because, well, I can do approximately ZERO muscle-ups and handstand push-ups. I couldn’t even do the scaled down options Jordan gave us, i.e. seated muscle-ups and pike push-ups respectively. I did the best I could, took my time, and finished 12 reps.
