Warm-up:
- 70 jumping jacks
- 20 wall slides
- 20 wall-facing squats
- 20 dislocates
The dislocates I did were the second movement that this guy does in this video:
WOD – 20 minutes:
- 40 bodybuilder burpees, with 3 hang cleans every minute
- 200 double unders (or 1000 singles), with 3 overhead squats every minute
Rx for women for both hang cleans and overhead squats was 65 lbs. I only did 45 lbs. for the hang cleans and used the 35-lb. bar for the overhead squats. Only finished 600 single jump ropes.
Pfft.
I really should push myself harder.
