Power Snatch + Squat Snatch
– I only lifted 35 pounds. I probably could have added more weight but my form was already giving out a little.

But, yeah, I totally look like that. Hahahahaha!!! (Squat Snatch.)
B. MetCon (10 minutes)
- Every even minute: 5 push presses (- The 35-lb. barbell was definitely too light but there weren’t any more 2.5 or 5 pound plates around for me to add on. And I just couldn’t be bothered. Am still smarting from all the barre3 sessions from last week.)
- Every odd minute: chest to bar AMRAPs (- I did 20 row rings per set, for a total of 100.)
