Late entry: It’s the 12th of July. My dog died last Tuesday morning and I was leaving for Cebu that evening, hence the late entry and the approximations.

Squat cleans: Can’t remember if I did 60 or 65 lbs. but let’s just say it was 60 lbs.
Metcon: 189 reps
- burpees – I averaged about 9 burpees.
- kettlebell swings – Swung Rx (24 kilos), Russian style. Started off with 18 but, towards the end, I would stop at 15 -16 with seconds remaining on the clock.
- sit-ups – I averaged about 12 sit-ups.
