The cast of characters, in order of appearance:

• Matt – The shirtless guy who does a pretty damned impressive burpee-to-pull-up.
• Ferdie – In the white-shirt, doing the CrossFit kettlebell swing.
• Karen – In black, doing kettlebell swings across from Ferdie.
• Miggy – In the blue shirt, doing toes-to-rings.

And that’s how pretty much every CrossFit session ends. With everyone out of breath, wiped out on the floor.

As of January 2012, Ferdie and Karen are no longer connected with CrossFit MNL. Neither are AA and RJ. Pau, seen in this video all clad in black and doing push jerks, now shares coaching duties with Miggy and Matt.
