"A lot of you know me as the yoga therapist and many of you know me thru something yoga related.

_I love what I do and couldn’t imagine a life without yoga and the amazing healing powers it can bring.

For the past ten years, I have been working with people who have a range of issues from stress to inflexibility, slipped discs, Cancer and Heart Disease. I have helped people get more in tune with themselves and to remember that the “Relax is on the Exhale.”

And well… Speaking of exhaling… It is now my turn to exhale.

I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer."
