Exercise Summary

It’s a good thing we did a lot of walking in Siem Reap. I think it’s what saved me from turning into a blimp.

A shop lady in Siem Reap rushed to get me a medium-sized dress when she saw me eyeing a size small. I couldn’t really be offended because even the medium dress turned out to be too small! The clothes were made in Japan and they didn’t carry larger sizes. Ouch.

When I was brave enough to step back on a scale in Manila, I found my weight even lower than what it was before I left on the trip.

This week, I finally reached my target weight. Small hooray! Mind you, my target weight is the weight at which I started my blog. It was my regular eat-anything weight. Now, to get to it, I have to do two workouts and practically starve myself to death.

Getting older can really be a bitch.

This weekend, Nicolas is in town, which is disrupting my workout and eating regimen. He leaves tomorrow, and then it’s back to the regular programming.

Sort of.

Next week is my last week at Curves and barre3, so I’ve already started transitioning to my February workout at Beyond Yoga. (I signed up for a month of unlimited yoga and Anti-Gravity sessions.)

Here are what my last two weeks were like:

That Anti-Gravity Fitness killed me. I need a massage.
