I should have known not to expect anything from myself this weekend.
I was pretty active during the week though. I did the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday workouts of this:

Additionally, I did this:
- Monday: swim (20 laps)
- Tuesday: run (4 km, 32:31), swim (20 laps)
- Thursday: run (4 km, 35:05), swim (20 laps)
- Friday: run (4 km, 31:16), swim (20 laps)
Rest days: Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Amen.
I thought I had behaved on my diet but forgot that I had cake. A whole lot of cake. On more than one occasion. Fuck it. I’m on a break. Will start again tomorrow.
