And I made it to the 7:30 AM CrossFit.
For the warm-up, Miggy challenged me to do 500 m. rows in 2:20 minutes and I did, which makes me a “well-rounded beginner athlete”. I hate that term “well-rounded”. Especially since I gained back those bloody five pounds. (Damned peanut butter. And dark chocolate truffles. And quesadillas. And fish congee. And chori burger with coleslaw and extra cheese… Doh!)
WOD was Tabata, a bitch of a core workout, half of which I couldn’t do properly. But I did it. Sort of.
Anyway, that was the last workout of the week. Am off to Osaka for a weekend of binging! I might be so well-rounded when I return that they’ll have to roll me off the plane.
