- 30 kettlebell swings (- I only swung 12 kilos.)
- 30 burpees
- 30 medicine ball sit-ups
I only did three rounds.
FYI, CrossFit’s kettlebell swings are different from how the kettlebell community does their swings. Having trained with kettlebells before doing CrossFit, I understand why CrossFit is being criticized for this but, because I’ve chosen to do CrossFit (alternating with kettlebell training every other day), every time I come to a session, I have to unlearn what I know and be open to their methods.
