I was feeling fine yesterday evening until I sat at the table to talk to Ana. When I rose to check on the burgers, my legs buckled from the pain in my back and I had to grab hold of the table. My back continued to spasm throughout the evening so I took another muscle relaxant.
Although I set my alarm clock this morning to go to PKTC, I decided to give myself a break from working out this weekend. I’ll be teetering in high heels later and don’t need any more stress on my lower back.
Am hoping this break will allow me to get back to CrossFit on Monday.
