Attended the premiere of “Temptation Island” tonight, and with all the dancing I did at the after-party at Opus, and all the dancing I’ll be doing at this evening’s Kylie Minogue concert, workout today is canceled.
Carbs consumption: A tub of popcorn and way too much alcohol.

10:45 AM – I could still make it to the 12:30 CrossFit (kettlebells are out of the question as that is only at 6 PM and there’s the Kylie concert tonight), but… umm… Well, first of all, my legs hurt. And, secondly and, more importantly, I don’t feel like it. Both of which are poor excuses, especially given the popcorn I had last night. We’ll see… I have an hour to get it together.
12:00 PM – Still home. I guess this is not going to happen. Will go tomorrow. Argh.
